According to the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as the “PDPL Law”), ASL BORU SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş. is the data controller due to the fact that it processes personal data about you. According to Article 10 of the Law regulating the Obligation to Inform, data controllers are obliged to inform the real persons whose personal data they process on certain issues.
With this awareness, we process your personal data as the relevant person in the manner explained below and within the limits stipulated by the legislation. As the Data Controller, we would like to inform you in accordance with Article 10 of the Law titled “Obligation to Inform the Data Controller”.

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law, as ASL BORU SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş. (hereinafter referred to as the “COMPANY”), as the Data Controller, we may process, record, store, classify, update your personal data that we have specified below, within the scope of our purposes explained below; in accordance with the law and rules of integrity and for as long as necessary for the purposes we have foreseen, and we may disclose/transfer them to third parties at home or abroad in cases permitted by the legislation and/or limited to the purpose for which they are processed.

Your personal data collected is processed in accordance with the basic principles stipulated by the PDP Law, “a) Being in compliance with the law and rules of integrity, b) Being accurate and up-to-date when necessary, c) Being processed for specific, clear and legitimate purposes, ç) Being linked, limited and proportionate to the purpose for which they are processed, d) Being stored for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or necessary for the purpose for which they are processed”; PDP Law;

  • Planning and execution of the activities required to customize the offered products and services according to the tastes, usage habits and needs of the relevant people and to recommend and introduce them to the relevant people, sending commercial messages,
  • Performance of the necessary work by our business units and execution of the related business processes in order to realize the commercial activities carried out,
  • Designing contractual processes such as sales, after-sales support, service, execution and follow-up of all necessary transactions, execution of contract processes, planning and execution of operational processes,
  • Performance of the obligations related to after-sales support and operation and follow-up of all kinds of processes in order to carry out an effective service process,
  • Performance of financial, accounting and financial transactions including sales-related billing activities, execution of risk management,
  • Performance of evaluation, analysis and risk management studies within legal limits regarding customers,
  • Performance of warranty obligations, follow-up of the processes of products under warranty,

  • Planning and following up the works carried out with authorized dealers/services/manufacturers, business partners, dealers or suppliers,

Your personal data may be transferred to public institutions specified in the law (public institutions and organizations such as Ministries and Presidential Councils) upon request in cases clearly specified in the law, within the purposes and limitations stipulated in the law.

  • To authorized official institutions and organizations and legally authorized private persons for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations,
  • To relevant judicial authorities for the purpose of conducting or following up judicial processes,
  • To professional consultants, accountants and auditors from whom the Company receives services,

Your personal data may vary depending on the services provided by COMPANY NAME and the commercial activities of COMPANY NAME; however, it may be collected verbally, in writing or electronically through automatic or non-automatic methods, all contracts/information forms and other documents related to the transactions prepared with your approval and/or signature, COMPANY NAME units and departments, website, social media channels, mobile applications and similar means.

  1. What are your rights as a data subject listed in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law?

The rights of real persons whose personal data is processed, pursuant to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, are as follows:

  • To learn whether personal data has been processed,
  • To request information about personal data if it has been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
  • To learn whether personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad and, if so, to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred,
  • To request correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
  • To request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring processing are eliminated despite the fact that it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law and other relevant laws and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
  • To object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • To request compensation for the damages incurred due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
You can personally deliver your applications regarding your rights listed above, including the necessary information identifying you and your explanations regarding the right you request to exercise from the rights specified in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, to Orta Mah. Depending on the nature of the request, the request will be finalized free of charge within the shortest time possible, within thirty (30) days at the latest. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, we will charge the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
Applications must be made in Turkish. In applications, name, surname and signature if the application is in writing, T.R. ID number, nationality for foreigners, passport number/ID number, place of residence or workplace address for notification, e-mail address for notification if any, telephone or fax number and subject of request must be included.
In the application that includes explanations regarding the right that the relevant person has and requests to use in order to exercise the rights specified above; the subject requested must be clear and understandable, the subject requested must be related to him/her or if he/she is acting on behalf of someone else, he/she must be specifically authorized in this regard and document his/her authority, the application must include identity and address information and documents that prove his/her identity must be attached to the application.
